SUMMARY:  I want my figure title after the image
ISSUE:  Often a house style requires the figure title to follow the figure, but with DITA, in a <fig> element, the <title> is required to be before the <image>. For DITA content being processed by XSLT, you can change the location of the title as needed in the output, but for content being generated directly from Frame, this can be annoying.
SOLUTION:  Here are a couple workarounds ..

- Insert a <p> after the <image> (in a <fig>) and enter your figure title content there. In the EDD, set up a context rule for a P that follows an IMAGE to use your figure title paragraph style.

- You can add a <figgroup> after the <image>, and then a <title> within that.
